If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Return Policies
Morning By Morning, Inc., and MorningByMorning.com only accepts returns of nutritional supplement products under the conditions listed below. Due to federal, state and local regulations, we cannot accept any returns for products that have been opened. We also cannot accept returns for ordering errors that were not the fault of our website and/or order processing department.
Returns must be received by Morning By Morning, Inc. within 30 days of purchase. All returns are for credit only. This credit will be applied to your account only after the return process has been approved and completed.
Return Process
· A Return Authorization Number must be issued for all returns. Return will be rejected and no credit will be issued for any orders not accompanied with a Return Authorization Number. Please call (918) 744-5181 (Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm CST) to apply for a Return Authorization Number.
· Shipping charges must be prepaid by customer/ No COD returns.
· Please insure your package with your shipper.
· A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns.
· Returned merchandise must be unopened and not marked in any manner.
· Closeout and discontinued items may not be returned.
· Return only full, unopened, unmarked, un-expired, insured, nutritional supplement bottles.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us by UPS or USPS, for any reason, the shipping charges will be charged to your account. Additional shipping charges (to resend your products) will be charged to your account.
Damages
In case of shipment damages, please do the following:
UPS shipments: Keep the damaged product in its original box with the packing material. Contact Morning By Morning, Inc. at (918) 744-5181 within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment with the invoice number and product name. Morning By Morning, Inc. will notify UPS. UPS will pick up the damaged product and return it to us. Morning By Morning, Inc. will issue credit to your account.
USPS shipments: If you chose USPS as your shipping method and your products arrive damaged and unusable, call your local postal service to report the shipment damages and obtain USPS claim forms. Call Morning By Morning, Inc. at (918) 744-5181 within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment with the invoice number and product name.
